Owner/President
Mel Greer is the Owner and President of Greer’s Flooring America and an exceptional leader who has grown up in the business, working across all areas of the company. His hands-on experience and dedication have helped shape and grow the business into what it is today. Known for his strong leadership, hard work, and team-first mindset, Mel is continually focused on improving operations and enhancing the customer experience. His commitment to both employees and customers is at the core of everything he does.
Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, spending time with his grandkids, cooking for others, and traveling. Mel is truly the heart of the company, and his passion, leadership, and care for his team are evident in everything he builds and leads.
Store Manager
Alexis Elder serves as the General Manager. Having grown up in the business, Alexis has worked in multiple areas of the organization including accounting, sales, cabinetry and countertops, and leadership. Her well-rounded experience and passion for growth help drive the company’s commitment to excellent customer service and strong team culture. As General Manager, Alexis takes pride in leading a family-oriented business while focusing on collaboration, efficiency, and creating an exceptional experience for customers and employees alike.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, being outdoors, traveling to national parks, cheering on the Cardinals, and serving in children’s ministry at her church. Alexis is passionate about leading with integrity, building strong relationships, and helping create a positive experience for both customers and employees every day.
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Justin Greer serves as our Chief Financial Officer and Marketing Director, where he plays a vital role in both financial leadership and customer communication. Having grown up in the family business, Justin brings a deep understanding of the company’s values and operations, helping ensure strong back-office management while also keeping customers informed on the latest products, services, and updates. His dedication and attention to detail are essential to the daily success and long-term growth of the business.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, attending NASCAR races, camping, and being out on the water. Justin’s leadership, commitment, and versatility make him an invaluable part of the company’s continued success.
Administrative Manager
Cyndi Arthur serves as our HR & Administrative Manager and has been a key part of our team for over 10 years. Known for her incredible work ethic, self-motivation, and willingness to help wherever needed, Cyndi plays an essential role in keeping our store running smoothly every day. From handling administrative operations to supporting employees and customers alike, she is someone our entire team can count on.
Outside of work, Cyndi enjoys spending time with her family and her fur baby, Otis, as well as being outdoors kayaking, riding bikes, and bowling. Her dedication, leadership, and behind-the-scenes efforts make her an incredibly valuable employee and a major part of what makes our store operate so successfully.
Scheduling Manager
Robin Koestring is our professional scheduler, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service by coordinating each project with care and precision. With over 20 years of experience in professional scheduling, she excels at matching clients with the right installer while working seamlessly around their schedules. Her organization, attention to detail, and kind personality ensure a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.
Outside of work, Robin enjoys camping, spending time with her Corgis, and being with her family and grandsons. A valued member of our team, Robin’s experience and commitment make her an essential part of creating a great experience for every client.
Commercial Division Manager
Shaun Robey is the head of our commercial division, with over 15 years of experience with our company. Having started in sales and later serving as our installation manager, Shaun is well-versed in multiple areas of the business, giving him a unique, hands-on perspective that benefits both customers and commercial clients. His deep knowledge of flooring and installation, combined with his onsite job experiences, makes him a trusted and valuable member of our team.
Outside of work, Shaun enjoys spending time on the ball field with his son, camping with his family, and enjoying the great outdoors. He is passionate about helping clients and contractors find the right solutions for their spaces.
Design Sales Professional - Builder & Window Treatment Specialist
Christy Jones brings a wealth of experience and design expertise to our team. With an Interior Design degree from Purdue University and over 29 years of flooring knowledge, she offers customers a well-rounded and highly informed perspective. For more than 14 years with our company, Christy has played a key role in managing our builder business while also specializing in window treatments, helping clients bring their spaces together seamlessly. Known for her incredible depth of knowledge, Christy is a trusted resource for both customers and colleagues.
Outside of work, she enjoys watching sports, especially cheering on her kids at their football games. She is passionate about helping customers create spaces they truly love.
Design Sales Professional
Amanda Lindsey is a skilled Sales Professional with over 13 years of experience with our company and an Interior Design degree from Indiana University. Her strong design background and extensive product knowledge make her an invaluable resource during the selection process, helping customers feel confident in every decision. Known for her patience, timeliness, and exceptional customer service, Amanda consistently goes above and beyond to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Design Sales Professional / Retail Floor Supervisor
Mike Hartmann is a knowledgeable Sales Professional with a strong background in flooring and customer service. Having previously served as our warehouse manager, Mike brings a deep understanding of products and installation, helping customers confidently choose the right flooring for their space. Starting with the company in 2015, he has become a trusted resource for both his team and customers.
A west side native and University of Southern Indiana graduate, Mike brings an energetic approach and, outside of work, enjoys spending time on the golf course. Mike is passionate about helping customers create spaces they truly love.
Kitchen and Bath Sales Professional
Justin Bryant is a driven Sales Professional specializing in our kitchen and bath department. Starting his career with the company in delivery, Justin worked his way up to become a key member of our sales team and now leads our KIBA division, where he drafts and designs custom kitchen and bath spaces tailored to each customer’s vision. His hands-on experience and attention to detail make him a valuable guide throughout the design process.
Outside of work, Justin enjoys staying active in the outdoors and practicing martial arts. With his energetic approach, he is passionate about helping customers bring their dream spaces to life.

With over 40 years of experience in the flooring industry and more than 2 years with our company, she offers a remarkable depth of knowledge that benefits every customer she works with. Lisa is known for her straightforward approach, providing clear, honest guidance that helps clients feel confident in their decisions. Her vibrant personality and ability to connect on a personal level make the experience both enjoyable and stress-free.

Commercial Sales Professional
Bill Loveridge brings over 50 years of experience in the flooring industry, including more than 17 years with our company. Widely regarded as one of the best in the commercial flooring sector, Bill has an extensive background in drafting, blueprint reading, and customer service, making him an invaluable resource for both clients and colleagues. His knowledge is truly second to none, and his experience continues to set a high standard across our team.
Outside of work, Bill enjoys watching sporting events especially basketball and anything IU,as well as taking adventures on Amtrak. A highly respected and valued member of our team, Bill plays a key role in delivering exceptional results for our customers.
Commercial Sales Professional
Brent Fleming is an expert in the commercial flooring industry, bringing over 30 years of experience, including more than 8 years with our company. His extensive knowledge and hands-on expertise make him a valuable asset to both our team and our clients. Brent excels at building strong client relationships and is highly skilled in analyzing blueprints, allowing him to accurately determine project needs and recommend the best solutions for each jobsite.
Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and spending time on the golf course. With his depth of knowledge and commitment to his clients, Brent plays a key role in delivering successful commercial flooring projects.
Floor Estimating Professional
David Newton has been a valued member of our team for over 13 years, beginning his career in sales and now serving as our Site Measure Specialist. Known for his strong customer relationships and attention to detail, David plays an important role in the beginning stages of each project by helping ensure every job starts with accuracy and confidence. His thorough approach to inspecting floors and substrates helps determine the best product outcome and installation requirements for each space. David takes great pride in his work and in providing customers with the information needed for a successful installation process.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors, playing golf, and watching his grandkids on the volleyball court. Dave's experience, professionalism, and detailed approach make him an incredibly valuable part of our team.
Installation Supervisor
Robby Rogers serves as our Installation Supervisor and On-Site Customer Resolution Specialist, bringing over 37 years of installation experience to our team. With a long-standing background in the flooring industry and CFI certification, Robby’s expertise and hands-on knowledge help ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction on every job site. He is highly skilled in customer relations and takes pride in working directly with customers to provide solutions and a positive experience throughout the installation process.
Outside of work, Robby enjoys spending time with his wife, his dog Lucy, and being around the water whenever he gets the chance. His experience, professionalism, and dedication to customer satisfaction make him an invaluable asset to both our store and the customers we serve.
Warehouse Manager
Nathan Brown has been a valued member of our team for over 15 years and brings more than 23 years of experience in flooring installation. His extensive knowledge and hands-on background make him an essential resource within our company. Now serving as our warehouse manager, Nathan plays a key role in ensuring materials are accurate, handled with care, and ready for each project, while also assisting customers and supporting daily store operations. Known for his organization, friendly personality, and ability to connect with clients, Nathan consistently goes above and beyond.

Warehouse Supervisor
Tracy Steele has been a dedicated member of our team for over 19 years. After many years as an installer, he now serves as our Warehouse Supervisor, bringing valuable hands-on experience and industry knowledge to the role. Tracy is highly self-motivated and plays a key part in keeping the warehouse organized, efficient, and running smoothly. His attention to detail and understanding of materials and project needs help ensure orders are prepared accurately and delivered correctly for our customers.

Custom Serging Professional
Artie Stewart is our Professional Custom Rug and Serging Technician and has been a dedicated member of our team for over 14 years. Starting in installation and helping manage warehouse operations, Artie has built a strong knowledge base and a reputation for being dependable, hardworking, and always willing to lend a hand wherever needed. His self-motivation and attention to detail help ensure quality craftsmanship in every custom rug project he handles.
Outside of work, Artie enjoys playing golf, spending time outdoors and at his pool, and making memories with his grandkids. His dedication, versatility, and strong work ethic make him an incredibly valuable part of our team and daily operations.

Ashley Abrams has been a dedicated member of our team for over 10 years, bringing a high level of skill and professionalism to her role in administrative operations.
